1.What are your delivery timelines?

When an order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. We offer two types of shipping i.e, 1. Standard(Free for india). 2. Express(Rs. 300/- per kg). 

Standard shipping service: It takes 5-8 days to deliver your product based on your location.

Express shipping service: It takes 2-3 days to deliver your product based on your location.

NOTE: 2-3 days is required for packaging and handling.

 

2.How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated WhatsApp message of your shipment.

Also, in the main menu section, click on "Track your order" and enter your order number and email id, and then click on "Track" to see you order status.

Note: After you place an order, we take 2-3 days for handling and packaging.

4.What is AWB number?

AWB number is the tracking ID of your order. Using which you can track your order from the official website of the courier company in which your product is put in transit.
